Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This notice covers the Astrologie.world waitlist. Our full privacy policy will be published when the service opens.

Who we are

Astrologie.world is operated by Barbara Tonhela Almeida Agência de Publicidade Ltda (CNPJ 48.621.242/0001-29), a company based in São Caetano do Sul, SP, Brazil. You can reach us at hello@astrologie.world.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we receive the email address you enter and your consent to hear from us. The sign-up form may also record when you signed up, the page you used and technical details such as your IP address, to keep the list free of abuse. We don't ask for your birth details or anything else on this page.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you when Astrologie.world opens and, from time to time, to share news about it. We don't sell your email or share it for advertising. The cookies described below are handled separately.

Where it's kept

Your email is kept in Marketek, our customer-relationship platform, which runs on HighLevel. Your data may be processed in the United States and in Brazil.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft Clarity. They help us understand how people find and use the site and measure and improve our advertising. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, with the text you type masked. These partners may receive your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit and, when you join the waitlist, the fact that you signed up. They never receive your email address from these pages, and these pages never ask for your birth details.

Under some US state laws, sharing this information for advertising can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out at any time with Your privacy choices, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and Brazil, we only use these cookies if you accept them.

The waitlist form is provided by Marketek and may use cookies that it strictly needs to work.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If we decide not to open the service, we'll delete the list.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@astrologie.world to see, correct or delete your information, and we'll reply within 30 days.

Adults only

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, please don't sign up. If we learn that someone under 18 has joined, we'll delete their email.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
